Facilitation Training

In January 2012, NewGround trained 24 Muslims and Jews with the skills to facilitate interfaith dialogue.  

Among those trained were four alumni of the NewGround fellowship: Eliana Kaya, Tasneem Noor, Umar Hakim and Maya Barron who with additional supervision of professional facilitators Malka Fenyvesi and Aziza Hasan will run future cohorts of the NewGround fellowship themselves throughout Los Angeles.
